How long will it take to receive the 3D design and the quote?
The turnaround time varies depending on the complexity of the briefing and the availability of our project team. On average, please allow 7 to 10 business days. If you already have the design and would like a quote for production only, the estimated turnaround time is 1 to 3 business days.
Can the booth be fully customized?
Yes. We design fully customized booths, with materials, finishes, and layouts tailored to your brand identity and your audience’s profile. We also offer customized modular options for projects that require greater flexibility.
What information is needed to create the event plan and budget?
In order to develop the 3D design and a cost estimate, we need to receive a complete briefing that includes details such as: setup and event dates, event location, floor plan of the venue, technical manual or best practices guide for the trade show/venue, available budget, and visual identity materials, such as a brand manual or key visual.
Can I host events outside of São Paulo with SV&P?
Yes. Our team is prepared to handle projects throughout Brazil. It’s worth noting that the proposal includes travel costs, logistics, and other expenses related to the team.
Does SV&P implement initiatives aligned with ESG practices?
Yes. SV&P incorporates various sustainable, social, and governance initiatives into its operations, such as: Reusing event tarps to produce backpacks and pencil cases; Partnering with a shoe factory to reuse the bagum generated by events; Using reforested wood in set construction; Implementing modular systems to facilitate the reuse of materials;
How far in advance should I book my event with SV&P?
We recommend that the event be confirmed at least one month in advance. This lead time allows for the proper handling of document issuance, approvals, material purchases, and pre-assembly, ensuring an organized, efficient delivery free of unforeseen issues.
